I’ve been cooking off RUclips for 10 years and this was by far the worst instructional video I have ever tried to replicate. I love how you conveniently skip the patty making process, as that was the most complicated and frustrating part of the entire thing. There is not enough flour in this recipe to make the patties malleable, they will only stick to your fingers or whatever utensil you are using. What a horrendous instructional.

With a few tweaks these are now my go to for using up ripe bananas! Lovely texture and guilt free thanks very much 😊
